### 1/5 — Amazing

*2018-09-29, version 1.0*

Monthly bill went higher during a contract!
My contract is over today(9/28/18).
I called to see what they can do, the best they can do was a slower WiFi for more then I have been paying for already. They could not make me any deal to keep me. Time to switch and give my money to spectrum. Hello spectrum.
FIOS was better with Verizon. Frontier is not good, goodbye and hello spectrum

### 1/5 — Useless

*2018-08-14, version 1.0*

Got it free, and am about to delete it. Can’t log in, as it can’t seem remember passwords OR respond to sending a link to create a new one. WASTE! Just glad it was free.

### 1/5 — Activation, ID, and battery problem

*2017-11-12, version 1.0*

1. iPhone battery drains rapidly. Unacceptable

2. iPad will not activate because my log-in credentials are no good(????). Reset accomplishes nothing.

3. Nowhere does Frontier disclose what is being installed—- until you try to install. THIS one might be F-Secure—— the real one or maybe “FrontierSecure”?

### 1/5 — Junk

*2017-05-05, version 1.0*

Keeps saying I have the wrong password every time I try to sign into it, so aggravating

### 1/5 — Frontier will scam you

*2026-02-24, version 25.6.313600*

A few times they’ve dealt with frontier of my life has always end up with them taking monies that weren’t theirs. I had my Internet shut off. They didn’t get to it when it was supposed to be gotten to and I got charged for an extra month because of that. I did security for my phone through frontier through a Fender mine and they decided that they weren’t going to piggyback security accounts anymore. I had paid for that and I did not get my full obligation from them. They did not give me notice. also, I was delivering in their building and couldn’t get out without a security pass what God forbid would happen if a fire started in that building and I couldn’t get out, but I suppose as long as other people looking out that that’s all that matters.

### 1/5 — Payments

*2025-03-25, version 24.9.304703*

Is so complicated to make a payments I really thinking to move on with different providers.

### 1/5 — Prevents viewing

*2025-03-21, version 24.9.304703*

I can not access my church’s web site I am on vacation and want to read the weekly bulletins. I don’t do any banking on the site. The directions to change settings do not match what my browser shows.

### 1/5 — Pointless

*2024-10-14, version 22.0.300504*

I can do everything it does on my phone cant manage you WiFi,see who on your personal network or remove unknown devices , so why do I need it again

### 1/5 — worst provider in america

*2023-07-03, version 20.0.291621*

worst internet ever

### 1/5 — Pay per device!!!

*2022-02-17, version 18.4.272912*

Not worth it at all. Now I remember why I deleted this last year when I got it. I can’t do anything without paying more money per each device I add. Want my money back!

### 1/5 — Another Frontier Disappointment

*2021-09-28, version 17.7.263603*

I paid for the Multi-Device Security through the Apple App Store. I login, and it says I need to pay for the multi device security portion. Check password, all is fine. Feels like I’m being played by Frontier. I want a refund.

### 1/5 — 0 stars

*2021-02-18, version 17.7.263603*

Don’t waste your time they just want access to your info. The worst app ever!. I would have thought it’d function better than that coming from frontier/verizon.

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2020-04-24, version 1.0*

Does nothing. Even help goes to page that does not exist

### 1/5 — Basically a app that does almost nothing for you

*2020-04-08, version 1.0*

I installed this on my Apple iPad but later discovered that it only provides security if you browse the internet only through the app ( at least that’s what the tech support person said from FrontierSecure.) What good is that since none of my many bookmarks are accessible through the app? If I’m wrong please correct me. There is also no type of scanning available to see if your iPad has been compromised or to warn you from compromise. As far as I can tell the app is one step above useless since it only protects if you operate the iPad through the app. Again if I am wrong please correct me. The only function you can perform through the app is browsing the internet without access to any bookmarks.

### 5/5 — What happened to my account ?

*2025-11-25, version 25.6.313600*

I just now finished with my log in information and it doesn’t accept my email password all this stress and confusion my anxiety level is high very high.

### 4/5 — Spam?

*2025-10-30, version 25.6.313600*

Why do I keep getting spam all the time you’re supposed to take it out and filter it out

### 4/5 — Like it

*2017-02-04, version 1.0*

It works as expected. I've had no problems with it. First system I've had wherein I can control with iPhone. The installer was very accommodating.

### 3/5 — Nice but Clunky...

*2019-04-06, version 1.0*

I use F-Secure on my desktop computer; have for years, but this mobile version of F-Secure is, well it’s far from the desktop version in that it looks and feels like this app is nothing but an “afterthought” by F-Secure... A clunky afterthought at best...

Content Anywhere is a good concept for file storage but using it on a mobile phone is but an exercise in frustration... 🤪

### 2/5 — Desktop

*2019-11-24, version 1.0*

This Frontier Secure doesnt really work on desktop computer, i am trying to locate or alarm my phone but it always said device is currently unavailable 😡👎

### 2/5 — Nice concept, but...

*2016-05-22, version 1.0*

This app is hard to manage and implement. Nothing like the MyFIOS app, which was easy to maneuver and understand. I keep getting locked out of my account and having to change the password. It is not clear how to add other devices, especially when I cannot even stay logged into the management account. Please, take lessons from Verizon and make this easier to work with. It's also a bit of a jagged pill to swallow that many of the features I purchased for $5.99 a month were free with Verizon. I feel completely ripped off.
