She lost thousands of dollars to this and similar apps — and all of her photos. Even after her photos and files were lost, she still received messages for “cleaning” apps. The names and icons are so similar that she didn’t realize she had signed up for so many subscriptions. She had no content to manage, but they kept charging her. This is unconscionable behavior. If this were a genuine product I doubt that the provider would need to use such underhanded methods to sell it.
