I ended up not rating at the time. As soon as I did that everything in the app deleted. Please contact us via email privatephotovideolocker@gmail.com to try to resolve this issue. ### 1/5 — Randomly Lost all content *2024-06-18* This app had been working fine until one day I opened it and everything I’d had in there was gone. I tried looking at forums and troubleshooting within the app but I can not figure out how to restore my photos. They all were deleted from my photo library when they were added to this app so I don’t have the originals anymore either. I’ve reached out to the support/admin contact twice and never got a response.
