I’m prompted to enter in my code again and of course it doesn’t accept it when entering it in the 2nd time to import or export any data. ### 3/5 — Update *2021-06-17* what happened with the update, we need it. Personally, it was one of my favorites of all time but it’s outdated. 1 alphabetical ordering would be nice. 2 a much needed update is necessary. I noticed now that it glitches using iOS 14.3. You open it and start adding characters and it’ll go black, making it impossible to see what you are typing. Fix this ASAP and get a 5 star rating. ### 2/5 — Freezing app *2020-11-13* It will not let me download additional pictures to my secret folder… It keeps freezing up… Then when I try to get out of the app and come back and asked me several times for my password then freezes up again ### 2/5 — Audio for Videos stop working *2020-05-21* After I changed the settings for my Photos/Videos to Download and Keep Originals under the Photos in Setting the secure folder Videos that I kept in there audio just stop working. I had to turn it back to iCloud but doesn’t work anymore 🤦 I only did the Download to my phone storage since I have a 128GB and my iCloud is almost full but this app audio just stop working. So now all my Hentai videos that I saved are all gone ruined. Also Gif’s doesn’t work in this app. ### 4/5 — Good but could be easily improved *2020-01-23* Overall good but should have the chance to backup if you change your phone or breaks. Also would need to alphabetize entries. Would be great to be able to change the size and type of font in the notes. ### 2/5 — Just Ok *2019-10-04* App is nice and comes in handy. However, don’t get to tied to it because when you eventually upgrade to a new phone your screwed! App doesn’t have any backup option or export features that lets you transfer your data over to a new phone. So you have to download the app again and enter everything all over. NOT! I’ll find an app that allows for data transfer!!!! ### 2/5 — Logging in error *2018-10-08, version 2.3* This app has potential but every time I go to use it, it has login issues! It works the first time I use in on that day and then when I have to go back to using it another time say 20 minutes later, it just won’t log me back in. ### 2/5 — Used to be a great app *2018-09-26* I’ve been using this app for a few years now. When I first had it the passwords were alphabetized as you added them. Coupla years ago they stopped. You have to look through ALL of them to find what you want. I finally give up and am on the hunt for a new app for my passwords. I have loved this app soooo much but I have too many passwords now to waste having to look through them all for the one I want. Truly a shame they couldn’t fix this. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t always work but when it does it’s fairly good *2018-09-10, version 2.3* Is a good way to store info locally. Would be good to have a secure cloud sync but that’s a nice to have. Main issue is app often crashes when I press the info button. It also fails to upload pics / refresh ### 3/5 — Two levels of security, great *2017-09-24* I use the "false" password protected files to hold documents such as driver licenses, birth certificates, passports, and other legal documents. The second password protected files I use for financial information. But, because entries are not alphabetized, one has to scroll and scroll to find what you're looking for. The data suddenly disappeared for no reason with a huge amount of my needed data and I have email the company three times and tried to contact them many times over the last few weeks with absolutely no reply what so ever Come on reply to your paying customers ! ### 1/5 — It’s ALL gone! *2021-02-04, version 3.0* Have been using this app for years. Went to look at some sensitive information stored on this app in Feb 2021 and found EVERY folder I created EMPTY! Clearly Secure Folder has been hacked and now I am extremely worries. Passwords and personal photographs no longer exist and (I presume) gone forevermore! I have other sensitive stuff on another “secure” platform and will be moving back to my PC as clearly these various “Vault” apps are not as secure as we are led to believe. Surly it should do any type of file and put a lock on it It did not find my mp4 file and i could not open the photos either after clicking on the photo icon . When I click on contact within the app which you have nothing happens why have it there in the first place if I wanted to report my issue. After tapping the + button, iOS asks select of keep photos. The asks for password again. Enter password and selection page goes blank.
