I can get to the front page but cannot select the menu,, so you cannot check into a facility. App is not updated to work in full screen of new IOS. Also, the app is not very intuitive to use. On top of that the services they claim to provide don’t work. They can’t verify anything and the app never ever work as it is suppose to. It’s time for a class action lawsuit against these racketeers! Hey Reptrax, save all your receipts lawsuits are coming. ### 1/5 — Legit Garbage *2024-11-29* This app is absolute trash. Really. It’s nearly impossible to navigate, due to non-responsiveness when trying to click the menu, go back buttons, or menu selections . It requires tapping all around the button until it finally hits the sweet spot and registers a tap. I have a new iPhone 15 Pro Max, and have 0, that’s ZERO responsiveness issues with any other app — only this steaming pile of dung. And don’t get me started on credentialing companies. In my opinion what they do is nothing short of racketeering, and healthcare systems/hospital administrators are fools to contract with any of them. I am required to spend on average $1000 a year on 3 different credentialing “services” in order to prove I have received a few vaccinations and a letter from my company stating I have watched a couple of HIPAA and safety videos, just so I can do my job installing medical equipment. Credentialing companies have crafted one of the biggest scams of the century. Shame on them, and this includes you, Sec3ure/Intellicentrics or whatever fluffy tech-sounding name you choose to identify with. And shame on healthcare systems and hospital administrators for contributing to, and enabling, nothing more than organized crime and money-grubbing thieves. ### 1/5 — Not good *2024-11-20, version 1.3.389* Please take some of the money we pay you every year to make an app that works. The app isn’t functional 60% of the time because the menu icon doesn’t work. You have to press it perfectly for it to actually drop down and give options and getting back to the previous screen is nearly impossible. It’s not intuitive. The navigation is so touchy that it takes forever to get to the location where you want. The rep scores are pointless when you can’t use the app. I give this app a rep score of 0%. ### 1/5 — Terrible app, apathetic company *2024-10-22, version 1.3.389* I can’t believe we have to pay yearly to use this “service.” The app rarely works properly. It can take half an hour to upload one simple credential. And if you get stuck and need help? Too bad. You can’t call them or contact them via chat. Your only option is email. Nothing but trouble with the apps. You didn’t scores when you were app doesn’t allow people to log out. Customer service is awful and so is this credentialing service. Nothing more than a money grab. When I uploaded credentials through the website or App, you can’t actually tell if there is something for the respective credentials waiting to be approved. ### 1/5 — App never works *2024-10-01, version 1.3.389* This app is terrible. It’s rarely working properly and freezes constantly. ### 1/5 — AWFUL!! *2024-09-19, version 1.3.389* Credentials are rejected without reason. Emails are NEVER returned. Calls to customer service are not answered or returned. The only options for some credentials to be accepted, like a drug test or criminal background test are to BUY one from Sec3ure regardless of whether or not your employer provides it. Titers are rejected when the person reviewing them doesn’t know how to read titers. Vaccines are rejected because the person reviewing doesn’t know what drugs treat what disease. This service doesn’t protect hospitals. Its simply an organization for collecting third party fees. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t even load *2024-08-29, version 1.3.388* 99.9% of the time there’s a connectivity error and refuses to load no matter how many time I reopen the app, restart my phone, or reinstall the app. I have customer sites that exclusively use the badge feature and I can’t even check in. If I DO manage to check in, it’s a gamble if I’ll be able to check out. I’m getting penalized on my vendor score for not checking out because the app isn’t doing what it’s supposed to do. ### 1/5 — This app is junk *2024-08-28* This app is junk for the price of subscription we have to pay to use it. It’s layout and functionality hasn’t been updated since the stone ages, it continually crashes, failed login issues, and never works when I need to actually digitally check in at a facility. It would be nice for a service that is pretty standard in the med sales world that charges you hundreds of dollars to use it would have a little better quality program. I understand why they are needed and I think they do a better job than most at making it less painful for reps to get credentialed. My biggest complaint is this app a lot of times doesn’t allow me to check in from my phone with the fancy badge they sold me so it renders both the app and the badge useless. This consequently causes more delays in my day trying to find a badge kiosk at various hospitals.
