I am a Pro member. I can edit notes correctly from the listing mode, however, when I search a note from search mode and edit it, the note doesn’t appear modified when I go back to the search list. However, if I exit search mode, I can see that the note was actually modified. I was going around this process for half an hour until I realized that, to see the changes I needed to exit search mode. I think that it’s wrong. There should be a way to see the changes stiil in search mode. Otherwise you enter a loop, searching for a note, edit it, back to the results list, edit again, etc. And you never see the changes unless you exit search mode! Could you make this more intuitive please? It’s a great program, however I got stuck in this part until I tried exit search list. Maybe there should be a save button? Or some refresh of the results list . Thanks **Developer response:** Thank you for the detailed report, and sorry the support email did not get a reply. You were right: edits made from search results did not refresh the list until you left search. This is fixed in version 3.6.0, which is available now. Please update and give it another try. It’s annoying and makes that app feel super slow when accessing so unlike a secure note app. (iPhone notes is still just as secure and can be viewed on all devices in your apple devices list on account.) fancy but not a replacement for iPhones notes. Which is already encrypted. 👈🏾👍🏾 ### 2/5 — New Refresh *2025-08-13* I’m not happy with the new refresh. It seems less responsive; I CANNOT open folders as it doesn’t recognize my finger tap. Screens open in “edit” mode rather than preview, a clunky UX. Can’t easily edit. Tried to create a new folder and it doesn’t work. And now the app opens with an ad, that takes too long to load, and it forces me to wait until I can access a password. Very very mad that this app was ruined ### 1/5 — Update ruined it *2025-09-24* I have used this app for YEARS. LOVED it. I hesitated to do the recent update and stalled for months. I don’t remember accepting the update but suddenly yesterday the app was entirely different. For me it’s unusable now. It doesn’t work. I can’t access the folders, I have to go into Notes and even then it’s glitchy and annoying. It doesn’t display my text the same way it used to. It’s so incredibly different and frustrating, I have already found a new app and will be deleting this today. Bummer. ### 1/5 — new update is trash *2025-09-22, version 3.1.7* this used to be a great, simple notes app. encrypted and super secure, with an easy to use folder system that kept notes organized and a simple but refined design. then they decided to roll out a new update and ruin it all. the new user interface is overly complicated and glitchy. the app runs so slow now that when i write notes, the letters i type appear a whole 1-2 seconds after i type them and sometimes never appear at all. the option to have a simple 4-number code is gone, and the only options available now are a typed code or face ID. worst of all, essential features that were free before are now locked behind a paywall. it’ll be a pain to move all my notes elsewhere but if it’s what i have to do to avoid this app’s greedy developers then it’s what i will do. ### 1/5 — Used to be a simple useful app, major update wrecked it *2025-07-31, version 3.1.5* The recent upgrades have destroyed this app - major issues which haven’t been fixed despite multiple releases since.
