It doesn't even recognize my email and phone number for a reset. Why is this app even needed? Shortly after signing up I get to the part where I verify my email, and I never get the code to verify, even trying to resend a few times, still nothing. Not in junk folder either. Waste of time. ### 1/5 — Dysfunctional at best *2026-04-16* This app won’t let me do anything. Try to push one one of the buttons? Ha, nope, good luck buddy. Try to do literally anything? Whole app is completely unresponsive. Downloaded on my android and when the buttons *do* work, all it tells me is “No Cards Found” even when I enter the code SENT to my email for verification. Seriously, this app feels like a cynical joke. The iOS version is completely unresponsive and a waste of storage at best. The android version is just an endless loop you have to give your social security number to. I don’t even know what else to say, I’m just completely baffled by how an app can claim to be an app whilst simultaneously NOT BEING USABLE??!? ### 1/5 — 100% JUNK *2026-03-24* Why does this even exist? The app freezes and you literally cannot click on anything in the app. The only thing that works is opening the app but nothing else. What a joke of an app… ### 1/5 — Awful app *2025-09-25* I would love to report how awful this app is but even the reporting process is complicated. The app will not load on the Home Screen, so i can’t access anything at all. ### 1/5 — Two picture ID failure *2025-06-03* Got all the way through the creative account portion trying to upload a picture of my ID and it’s not allowed because there are two pictures on it. I tried multiple times. ### 1/5 — Won’t allow me access *2025-03-18* This app isn’t very user friendly. The app doesn’t allow you to enter your birthdate, only the date of the day you’re trying to enter info. Now when I try to open the app, it says no card found. Ugh, so difficult!!! ### 1/5 — Network Failed *2025-02-21* Garbage. Keep getting a “network failed” message. Phone/Text feature is limited. So unnecessary, no Authenticator option either. They don’t update the app much either. I hate that my information has to be here. ### 1/5 — Just won’t let me in *2025-02-20* I’m trying to create an ID, but it won’t let me. It just keeps saying the network won’t work. I’ve tried it on Wi-Fi and I’ve tried it on cellular data won’t work. ### 1/5 — Can’t enter birthday *2024-10-05* I can’t create an account because the birthday selection doesn’t allow you to pick November or December. ### 1/5 — Ridiculously and unnecessarily complex *2023-10-17* Two different accounts for the same ID system. No choice but to enter highly sensitive personal information into TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS to get this done. I would NEVER share this information like this if it didn’t involve my child. And this company KNOWS IT.
