Cannot get your app advertisement off of my open game of mahjong!!

But we need to clarify with you that we only promote through legitimate advertising platforms and cannot control which game the advertisement appears in, nor can we help you turn it off. The display and frequency of advertisements are determined by the mahjong game you are playing. If you want to remove advertisements, we suggest that you search for the upgrade option of "removing advertisements" in the mahjong game, or contact their customer service. Wishing you a happy life.

I want to Cancel it, effective Immediately!
