App doesn’t work. It used to work fine and then I did the update and I get an error saying it quit unexpectedly. WORST experience ever!!! I am unable to take my exam on my computer.

### 1/5 — Unable to launch app after new update on 9/26/23

I was unable to launch the app after the update on 9/26/23. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app as well as restarting my laptop. Additionally, the app failed to submit my score for a (4 hours) exam due to connection issues. I tried to go back in to resubmit my test but was unable to gain access using my key code. This app is unrealiable and adds unnecessary stress to an already stressful experience of taking a test. If I had the choice to use a different test taking platform, I would.

**Developer response:** The problem related to exams that are not submitted has been fixed in the latest release 1.4.0. Please, use the most recent version of the app. Thanks!

### 4/5 — New Upgrade-- Sonoma UPDATE TO FIX

Not working for the new OS Sonoma please fix asap

UPDATE 
After reviewing the crash code I have fixed the app crashing in the following steps for the Sonoma Update  
1. Settings 
2. Search Full Accessibility (or Privacy and Security --> Allow applications to access all user files) 
3. Hit the add button and Select "Secure Client" 
4. Turn on the app so that the toggle is blue
5. Delete the app and reinstall it 
6. Repeat Step 2 to make sure it's still on and if not, repeat 3 and 4. 
7. Open App and should be good to go

I’ve seen reviews where people talk about the sap crashing on them a bunch. I haven’t had a single issue and I’ve been able to take 10 different exams on it without any issues.
