The App randomly logs out then show a red-lettered error screen when trying to log back in.  The only way to get logged in is to delete App then re-install.

This App is not user friendly.  This app forces users to take a look no matter whatsoever messages are sent, even when those are not urgent ones. 

This app forces users to take a look at messages as they arrive even the user is driving on a highway. This app displays all the unnecessary informations tagged to the message, so fonts are too small for most users to read while driving.  The screen is moving around, making scrolling down the message difficult.  This app forces the users to wake up in the middle of night to “recognize” the arrival of messages even for non-urgent calls.

This app saves me a lot of time by displaying the message as taken so I don’t need to call into the answering service to get my message.  Also a really nice feature is being able to instantly dial right from the app to my caller while displaying my office phone number keeping my cell phone private.
