I purchased the secure note garage door opener more than two years ago. I have never been able to get it to work. According to the company first there was a problem with the hardware. I got a new system sent to me and installed it but it still would not work because the app would not ever set up correctly. Supposedly the app only works on older devices and iOS now.

When I bought the system it was suppose to automatically connect.  Then the promise was it would work with the new iPhone.  That was a phone or two ago.  
Never automatically connects via bluetooth, that features is BS on the smart garage.

This device works for everyone in the family except for me. Several phones over the years, phone rebuilds, account deletions/recreations. Nothing works. Tried the latest invitation code method, which I am never prompted for. I may just need the replace this with a brand that will work.

Can't reauthorize
Deleted app and reinstalled -- no joy

Either this gets fixed FAST, or it's going in the trash bin.
Shame, because it's got great potential.

Finally did a factory reset; deleted and re-entered all the user data.  Now works, but notifications when out-of-range with garage door open still not working...

I am amazed at how foolish some people are when writing reviews. Don't you realize that this app works in conjunction with hardware that easily integrates with your current garage opener? With that said, this is a wonderful piece of tech that is great for households that have many visitors/guests. If you have a garage opener integrated in your vehicle's electronics it still makes sense to get this product for all the other ancillary features.
