### 5/5 — Anhänge

*2026-02-12, version 9.33.5*

Signatur zwischendurch „verloren“.

### 5/5 — Security made in Germany

*2025-07-14, version 9.21.2*

What's new:

+++ Dynamic Font Sizes in the Calendar Event View +++
The detail view of individual calendar events in the Calendar module now supports dynamic font sizes.

+++ New Design for the Workspace Module +++
We’ve given the Workspace in SecurePIM a fresh look and modernized the design. If you use Smartcard-on-Demand, you can now also connect or disconnect the smartcard directly within the Workspace.

+++ Include Email Attachments When Replying +++
When replying to emails with attachments, you can now use the “Reply with attachment” or “Reply to all with attachment” option to reply to a single person or everyone, sending the attachments directly.

+++ iPad Navigation: Native Menu Bar in SecurePIM +++
SecurePIM now uses the iPadOS native menu bar (“Tab Bar”) when displaying windows once the window reaches a certain size. With the Tab Bar at the top of the screen, you have clearer access to the individual sections of the app.

The Documents module and the Contacts module now support so-called SF Symbols. SF icons are iOS-native, scalable icons that adapt to the font size setting in the iOS system options.

### 9.40.4 — 2026-04-08

+++ Hotfix: Display of German Umlauts in Absence Notifications +++

Words containing German umlauts (ä, ö, ü) were causing display issues in absence notifications within emails. These display issues have been resolved, so you can once again send friendly “Grüße” to your colleagues.

+++ Hotfix: Display Issues in the Browser Navigation Bar in Window Mode Resolved +++

When using the Browser module in window mode, the browser’s navigation buttons disappeared behind the iOS window control buttons.
We have adjusted the user interface to prevent this display error.

+++ Hotfix: Missing Sender Selection when Multiple Accounts Are Registered +++

The button for selecting the sender address was not displayed when composing emails in the Mail module if you had registered more than one primary email account. The display error has been fixed; you can now switch between your sender addresses as usual.

### 9.40.3 — 2026-03-11

Release Highlights:

- Accessibility: Dynamic font sizes in the team mail module, when adding shared items, and on the login screen
- Adaptive user interface for SecurePIM on the iPad: Mail, team mails, and camera
- Ease of use: Change display mode for Word and PDF documents independently of system settings
- More user-friendly interface: Liquid Glass, redesigned buttons, and scalable icons
- Ease of use: iOS telephony app as default setting

What's new:

+++ Dynamic Text Sizes in the Team Mails Module, When Adding Shared Items, and on the Login Screen +++
With the latest version of SecurePIM, the Team Mail module now also supports dynamic text sizes.
SecurePIM also automatically adjusts the font size on the pages for adding shared mailboxes, calendars, contacts, and participants, as well as on the login screen, to match the iOS settings.
To display dynamic text in the Mail module, you must enable it in the iOS system settings under “Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size > Larger Text” and additionally in the SecurePIM settings under “General > Dynamic Text.”

+++ Dynamic User Interface in the Mail, Team Mail, and Camera Modules +++
With the current release, we have converted the Mail, Team Mail & Camera modules to an adaptive user interface. The modules are thus the next modules in SecurePIM after the Workspace, Contacts module, Browser, and Documents and Tasks & Notes modules to respond fully adaptively to Stage Manager and Window Management.

+++ Change Display Mode for Documents Independently of System Settings +++
Word and PDF documents can now always be displayed in a light design, regardless of the system settings. The setting can be switched directly in the respective document and always applies to that specific document.

+++ Liquid glass effects in SecurePIM +++
SecurePIM now supports so-called “liquid glass” effects, e.g., when changing modules in the navigation bar or when changing the calendar view in the calendar module.

+++ Redesigned Buttons in SecurePIM Menu and Toolbars +++
As part of Xcode26 support, we have redesigned the buttons and icons in SecurePIM. All buttons and icons now have a border that makes them stand out from the app background. We have also replaced some text-based buttons with icons.

+++ Scalable SF Symbols in the Tasks & Notes and Documents Modules +++
The Tasks & Notes module and the Documents module now support SF icons in the editing bar and in swipe options. SF icons are iOS-native, scalable icons that adapt to the font size setting in the iOS system options.

+++ iOS Telephony App as Default Setting +++
The icon for the native telephone app is now always displayed in the contact list as the default option for calls. In the detailed view for individual contacts, you can still choose between the native telephone app and an external telephone app, provided you have configured one.

OpenSSL version 3.6.1 is part of an update to the SERA security framework to version 7.65.4.
Please update SecurePIM to hotfix version 9.33.5 as soon as possible.

### 9.33.4 — 2025-12-01

+++ Hotfix: Password storage outside container offered for iOS versions > 26.1 +++
In iOS versions > 26.1, when entering passwords in SecurePIM (e.g., Exchange and FileShare passwords), a system pop-up appeared with the option to save the passwords. Tapping “Save” allowed passwords to be saved outside of SecurePIM in Apple's password app.
We have provided this hotfix to prevent this behavior in SecurePIM. Please update SecurePIM to version 9.33.4 immediately.

+++ Hotfix: Smart Card Login Failed with 9.33.2 +++
When using SecurePIM with an external smart card, unlocking the app failed after updating to SecurePIM version 9.33.2. If the app was forced to close and then restarted, the correct smartcard PIN was also rejected during login, making it impossible to log in.
