If you think it shouldn’t take a rocket scientist…well I am one. It wouldn’t allow FaceTime to work on iPads or I phone no matter the settings. This continued when monitoring was turned off, and even when the app was uninstalled. It required me to return both devices to factory settings. The actual app was horrific aswell. ### 1/5 — DON’T BUY / horrible customer service! *2021-06-23, version 6.5* Don’t bother getting this app if you have Apple products… In order to use it you have to download a multiple of other programs for it to work. Maybe. All it did was mess up my daughters phone and mine. I had to delete the app to remedy the problem. I tried to get a refund after a few days of attempting to use it and nobody will respond to my messages. This app and it’s customer service is awful. ### 1/5 — Not worth the time or money *2021-05-20* I signed up for this service to monitor my daughters texts and calls. The text and call logs never would update. I engaged the support team and was told to just use the back up feature on a Mac or windows pc. I explained we don’t have either of those. We only use iPhones and iPads. I received no further response. I waited a couple more days to see if the issue would be fixed before asking to cancel the service and receive a refund. I was again told to just use the back up option by the same person I’d already explained what we use to. This company has done nothing more than take $50. Don’t waste your time or money! **Developer response:** We're truly sorry for your experience. We understand your frustration with the text and call logs not updating and the support response not meeting your needs. I tried for hours to get my child’s iPhone 11 set up with no luck. Their tech team offered to help only their hours are 11pm to 6am so when most people sleep. It took them a few hours just to come back snd say the app is incompatible with my child’s iPhone 11 and now they refuse to refund. They are a scam.
