You can get an identical experience by jump going to their website from your phone. Like, comically bad. It’s as if the creators never bothered to try their own app. If I wasn’t forced to use Securian through my employer I never would. Here are some of the top reasons: 1. Investment Performance info is only accessible via PDF. So, if you’re using your phone, it’s incredibly difficult to read. 2. Complete lack of real-time data. Compared to day, Fidelity’s app, Securian is a joke. Securian only shows you historical data, so you have no idea how your investments are actually doing in the marketplace. 3. Statements, like Investment Performance, is only accessible via PDF. So again, why bother creating a mobile app? It’s basically unusable. 4. iPad version is terribly configured. Very difficult UX. 5. Thank you ~BW ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service *2022-02-19, version 2.1* My company switched to this plan this year. Very bad customer service. If you call the number you cannot get a hold of a real person. No chat support. The app itself won’t work. Every time I log in and it asks me to send a request for temporary access code it says unexpected error has occurred. It has been like this for a week. No help at all.
