So annoying and time consuming. This (bug) should be fixed! The old app worked better.B ### 2/5 — I cant login after I updated the Security Bank app. *2025-11-27, version 1.37.2* When I open to check my security bank app, it requires me to update to new app, and I can’t able to open my previous version of the app which is quite stable and I am always using it. But then after the update, I can no longer login, my credentials is nit working. I tried to click forgot password but it is not working. I tried to call customer service and she asked me to re-install the app whuch I followed her instructions. I was able to register and use it smoothly but now ,unable to login to Security bank apps please update your system. ### 1/5 — Poor Service and Broken Promises from Security Bank-Almost a Month Waiting for My Replacement Card *2025-09-03, version 1.18.0* I am very disappointed with Security Bank’s service. On August 8, I requested a replacement card for branch pickup in Calamba. I was told it would take 7–10 banking days, but nothing arrived. I followed up, and they told me again to wait another 7–10 days. Out of frustration, I requested for it to be expedited, and they promised 3–5 business days. Still, no card. Now it’s already September 3, and after my call today, I was told that they are still “waiting for the courier” because my card was supposedly sent back to them. This is beyond frustrating. I’ve been waiting almost a month, being passed around and given empty timelines. For a bank that prides itself on service, this is the worst experience. It was just a black space with a countdown timer. Please fix this ASAP ### 1/5 — Does not function properly on IOS. *2025-10-01* The app is the only way to remotely access your account. You cannot go to the website and login. The app does not function properly and will not allow you to confirm certain functions, like account to account transfers. This has been a problem for many months and it is still not fixed. Since I am far from the Philippines, I opened a Security Bank account so I can easily access my funds and make my monthly mortgage payments. It provides easy access, and I can conveniently monitor all the money coming in and going out of my account.
