I could not progress to finding the camera and initiating them without purchasing one of their absurd packages. I have the cameras repackaged and will return them tomorrow. I mistakingly downloaded and paid for this app to setup my Ring Doorbell camera. App stated it works with Ring Doorbell's, but it does not. Help support is useless. It would have been more convenient to be able to know this information before purchase. Therefore, I am returning this device.
