It is not user friendly. It can be very hard to figure out how to edit or delete or set up payments. I don’t like the user screens and the alert system. Then I received a payment through Zelle, it didn’t post, I followed the link that came with the text receipt, followed the instructions word for word and it ends up saying the app is not available in my country! But I already have the app! That makes zero sense. You’re telling me that there is another app? Why can’t I get it? I live the state where SF is! ### 1/5 — New app needs new IOS which m ipad doesn’t support *2026-05-30, version 3.28.0* Forcing a customer to get a new iPad in order to use the app is bad for business. They need to make the app backwards compatible so users n some pad models can use it. I don’t need new features, I just need to access my banking info. The app just keeps getting better and better, whether it’s to transfer, view accounts, message a real person and get non AI generated responses they have it all. I cannot say enough good things. If you are looking for a bank and an app ran by people who care - security federal is the one and only choice that makes a difference. It just takes me back to the sign-in screen each time I attempt to update.
