The moment I reach the login it crashes and kicks me off the app. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but same results. ### 1/5 — Needs update *2022-09-13* App is always crashing or has some type of problem ### 1/5 — iOS 16.0 *2022-09-13, version 22.1.50* App crashes on startup in iOS 16.0 ### 1/5 — New update is horrible! *2022-01-31* The new update for the Mobiliti app is beyond horrible, I’m currently stationed out of Texas and will be moving overseas for an assignment and I cannot access my account. I have deleted and reinstalled the app to see if it was a minor bug issue and I still can’t access my account. Not only does this app not function well, it is difficult to get in touch with the branches or let alone speak to someone. The old update was bearable and easy to access, hopefully these issues can get resolved, thank you for your time. ### 2/5 — Connectivity Issues *2020-12-30* App not working. Horrible app I’m ready to close out this account that I have had for over 35 years. Technology is like the 1980’s. Bank of America is amazing. I have numerous checking accounts and this bank is the worst! Feel free to call me. 956-457-4255 ### 2/5 — Mobile Deposit *2019-07-15* I recently moved from RGV and no longer have the access to drive up and deposit my check. I am really considering closing my account and moving to a local credit union here in my new town because it has become a challenge to make deposit. I do have an ACH that goes into my checking account but at time I would like to ability to deposit an additional check into my Money Market or Savings. I don’t know if the credit union has any plans on enabling mobile deposit, but that feature would defiantly be a saving grace and a good reason to stay. If you call and complain they are just gonna say “well have you deleted the app and reinstalled it?” Which that method doesn’t work at all. Please fix!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not Customer friendly! *2026-03-14* I’ve been banking with this bank for 40 years And not once have I ever felt it was customer friendly from hidden banking fee to unfriendly drive-through clerks to always having to call when the system isn’t working the way that other banking system. it’s just antiquated and does not keep up with the times. The I’ve stayed there is because it’s such a hassle to change direct deposit and the lag time is too long normally and I’m sure this bank would make it even harder. ### 1/5 — Save yourself *2025-11-24* Worst bank there is. At least once a month they’ll lock your card for speculation of “fraud” charges. On top of that, they’ll make it impossible to login through the app saying they are unable to verify your identity.
