How do you make a ‘new and improved’ app but it’s somehow slower & less reliable than an already slow & unreliable app? Some dude in a suit who makes too much money & does nothing probably thought this up to justify his salary. Had to leave the app loading on my phone for 5 mins for it to pull up my statement (and it was NOT my connection, every other app I used was working perfectly). It’s little incompetent things like this that make me more and more willing to switch banks.

I preferred the snb card command app, the cards feature is convenient because it’s all integrated into one app. I just wished everything in the app felt more streamline and quicker compared to other banking apps.

This app is wonderful when it actually works. Over half the time I try to login I get an error message that says “Attention we are unable to validate your information” and wants me to call the bank.  It’s super frustrating.

It’s been over a year and still no sign of faceID support.  The app is also not optimized for iPhone X series phones.

The newest update required 13.0.0 my iPhone 6 only has 12.5.5 so I have spend $1200 for new iPhone before I can access my account!  This is a bunch of CRAP!! Maybe Security National Bank wants to buy me a new iphone so I have access to my account!
