Bug fixes and accuracy improvements:

• The exam countdown now counts calendar days, so it no longer drops a day partway through the day.
• Review Later, Missed Questions and Spaced Review no longer jump to a different question while you are still reading the explanation.
• Timed quizzes now keep time while the app is in the background, so the clock matches a real exam.
• Daily streaks now reset correctly, and Reset Progress clears the streak along with everything else.
• Sample Quiz answers now count toward your daily progress and stats.
• The upgrade screen recovers if plans cannot be loaded, with a Try Again option.
