I attempted to reset it, but that did not resolve the issue. I also contacted customer support, but they were unable to fix the problem. As a result, the product is no longer usable. Customer support advised me to contact the store where I purchased the camera. However, when I visited the store, I was informed that they no longer carry this model. Because the malfunction remains unresolved and no support is available to help, I am requesting a full refund or a replacement. Man kommt nicht mal mehr in die App und wenn dann stürzt sie gleich ab !!
