I tried Zell, no luck. SSFCU says I can use it but can’t find it on my app but the manager can find it on her phone. I even tried authenticating an external account, no luck. They have been awesome. I travel all over the country and because of the app and branch banking, I can go to other credit unions and deposit check or get cash anywhere I’m at. Never had a problem with the app and have always been notified way in advance when they expect to have maintenance (usually on a Sunday night) on the system. The app is great if you need to know what is in you account to transfer money and deposits. If I need to do anything big I log into the website. I like the app a lot I haven’t had issue with it. It’s easy to pay bills, check accounts, and transfer money from one account to the other. Considering that I live in Oregon and SSFCU is in Texas, the deposit function is a plus for me.
