Only option is to set rules and pause. Is there a bug fix needed???? But! If you want to click/tap on a particular site to open and see the content of the site, if you want to know more about it, the little wheel keeps on spinning as if it’s connecting you to that site but it doesn’t. It gets stuck. Last year it worked better, but this year it doesn’t block anything on the blocked lists. It’s incredibly difficult to add things to the blocked list—you have to list each website individually and correctly, yet nothing will be blocked. The activity feed still shows use of the exact apps on the blocked list. Now the only thing I can use this for is to shut down my kids school chromebooks when I’m not home. As a single mom who has to work, this makes it so they can’t do homework unless I’m home. Utterly useless and a waste of time. Unfortunately, my experience with the app has been quite disappointing. Despite its intended purpose, the app fails to effectively block websites that I do not want my children to visit. Specifically, I have repeatedly tried to block access to YouTube, yet the app consistently returns an error message stating that "something went wrong." Anything I blocked does not apply to the schools Wi-Fi which is absolutely infuriating. I have an autistic kid I’m trying to prevent from downloading and playing video games all day at school instead of what he is supposed to be doing. Second of all, I am a blind parent, which means I am a blind user of this app. When I reached out to let them know that their app was at best clunky for a user who interacts with screen readers on their devices, they said, no, it isn’t… So even when I try to use it on my own, I end up needing to ask for help because it’s very inaccessible even though they say it’s fine … ### 1/5 — Not working *2023-10-20, version 4.4.2* My children’s account are not showing any history.
