Making people jump through multiple hoops for different forms of communication in a poorly developed app is asinine.  Get your program together or allow onsite visitation.

Securus is a mess.. there’s always a network issue & the messages should honestly be all in 1 thread like text messages instead of emails.. also, my man hasn’t been able to receive any of the pics/videos I’ve sent him. He only gets my messages that are text only.. & you don’t get notifications so I have to go randomly check if he’s replied or it’ll come to my email but way after he’s sent his message smh the gtl app was much better & easier to use
