The light doesn’t always come in when movement is detected but the video records. Ständig wird irgendwas ausgelöst und das licht geht an, geht aber nicht mehr aus. Änderungen an den Einstellungen ändern an diesem Problem rein gar nichts. Die App an sich finde ich auch nicht besonders gut gestaltet. Bei den Slidern für Distanz und Lichtintensität kann man nicht erkennen was jetz wie viel / wie weit ist und es ist eher ein wildes rätselraten. Mal wird "Timeout" angezeigt, dann wiederum gibt es keine Verbindung. ( ".. no Connection ") Vorher lief das Ding 4 Jahre problemlos. Habe Resets gemacht. Den Support kontaktiert ( " Auf neue Firmware Updates")..Dabei ist diese aktuell. Ich werde dieses Gerät entsorgen. Einfach nur nervig. You have completely removed the light control features - we no longer can configure light and sensor settings!! What a joke - recall this update back and put previous version back in AppStore! You guys are jokers! ### 3/5 — Great hardwired cam and light *2020-02-12, version 1.1.7* This is the only cam and light that was able to replace exciting outdoor light without the need to change any of the electrical cables and was a quick and easy install. The down sides are no smart home Integration with google or alexia ( hope to see this in a firmware update to bring in line with other products on the market) and no way to view recordings on a pc or other media players which I needed resently for the police, again this could be a simple fix with a newer app and firmware. ### 1/5 — Appli de mauvaise qualité *2020-01-31, version 1.1.6* Je n arrive plus à me connecter Time out sur mon portable ### 1/5 — Décevant *2020-01-26, version 1.1.6* Seul le mode vision en direct fonctionne, le replay oublie des séquences !! la caméra ne pivote pas, le son est inaudible, et l’application bug... dommage car la résolution vidéo est de qualité. Bilan : je la remplace par Netatmo ! ### 1/5 — Avoid, pointless no recording *2020-01-13, version 1.1.6* Good solid shiny marketing on the box for the security camera light. Very professional. Unfortunately let down by poorly executed and badly developed app. Tried for a whole day and night to get the app and light working properly where it was useable. There seem to be a few issues. 1) The notifications are working ok. They flash onto your screen and you look at your phone, open the app and there is nothing in the app to tell you where to look or what time the event occured. So youre left in the dark as to what happened and wondering who or what is walking down your path. 2) So after being notified of a phantom intruder on your phone memorising the time it occured and then opening the app to review to see who it is. You think ok I’ll look at the recording. You open the recordings and you wait for it to buffer. And you wait, and wait and wait and wait and wait thinking it could be the 100mb broadband connection lagging. So you then go back and then try again and after a few seconds it works only to find there is nothing there. Not even a calender or date/timeline with markings on. Not much use really if you want to find who is walking down your path a minute ago. 3) The time lag on the wifi is abysmal. The quality of the sound is also abysmal and out of sync. Overall the light and design are very nice. Unfortunately the execution of the camera and app operation leave even basic security lacking. I can buy a camera that works with an app for £50 and a light with a sensor on for £20. This would do the same job and be reliable to record people on my property. I dont need a camera that sends me live pictures after the event. I need one i can see who has been at my property. As usual the product has been rushed out with the development being done on the unsuspecting paying public who now have to spend time and money returning a non working item and sourcing one that does actually work. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Finger weg von LUTEC *2025-12-14, version 1.2.2* Es hört sich in den Beschreibungen alles gut an. Aber leider ist der Hersteller nicht bereit, die App zu aktualisieren. Auch auf Nachfrage gibt es keine Antwort. Now staying on all day. App buffers for ages, no way to turn light off on the app. After managing to decipher the pigeon English on settings, I've set everything as it should be to avoid the above issues but it doesn't help. It's not in setup mode either. Obwohl nach aktivem Nachsehen die Kamera eineBewegung erkannt und sogar aufgezeichnet hat. Reset - Neuinstallation - und App neu installiert. Bringt alles nichts. On lowest settings for everything, tried low but we don’t want light on always and doesn’t work also. We have great wifi. Not picking up when we go past with huge bins.
