Didn’t use it for 6 months, turned it on, nothing, all my crypto had disappeared. Tried everything to reset it , and now I don’t know how to retrieve my crypto, just a pain. My ledger is a lot better, still shows other crypto I have after 12 months. All SecuX say is, we don’t hold the crypto, I know dur! ### 3/5 — Looks outdated. *2024-03-01, version 1.27.0* Towards bottom of app, menu seems funky. Happens all the time. I hope there is eventually a good update for iPhone 15 users. ### 3/5 — Works decently but room for improvement *2024-01-20, version 1.26.1* Some tokens only show up on the web, but there is no display of it in the app. Some wallets cannot be changed names. Some really basic coins/tokens are missing (example: XMR) Overall, good but not great. Firmware needs to be upgraded to fix these bugs. They’ve been in business since 2018 so not sure why this app is so poor. Seems to mostly happen when I’m connected to my wallet via Bluetooth. On top of that, the app is filled with spelling and grammar mistakes. In the screen where you would send Ethereum they have it spelled Ehereum. On the screen where you would buy Ethereum you are greeted with this gem: “ wait ui team decide show what messages”. Should I call for medical care? Did a programmer have a stroke at the keyboard? ### 3/5 — Bluetooth functionality seems flawed *2022-03-30, version 1.12.1* Occasionally the Bluetooth works with my cold wallet. Most of the time it does not and I must be wired to my laptop to transfer currency. I have good 5g service so I know it’s not on my end. Works perf and couldnt be happier. ### 5/5 — An easy-to-use app *2019-09-19, version 1.0* This app is simple and intuitive to use. Initial setup is a breeze. The app remembers the paired hardware wallet, so it saves me time to connect. Sending and receiving cryptocurrencies are pretty easy using the app’s UI. Even though the supported coins are very basic, the app does meet my needs. It also allows me to see the market value of my portfolio, but I don’t think it provides the real-time price. But I wish they would update their system so that I could put more coins onto there that I hold. Just to name a few, Casper, algo, hbar..
