But that’s little comfort. Transferring my funds elsewhere SecuX another failed crypto hopeful ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-08-27* Crypto gone from update no response from support ### 1/5 — Scary *2025-07-25* App freezes and terminates transactions right after hard wallet “confirms” transaction. App closes automatically once transaction is confirmed on hard wallet end. This is unacceptable. People are trusting these apps to transact with and rely on. No additional message sent explaining the reason I’m getting “error message.” App terminates transition, freezes, then closes. It’s horrible. ### 1/5 — Crashes when trying to access wallet *2025-07-07* Downloads fine. Crashes when attempting to access wallet. Set a password - hit confirm password then immediately hit Settings icon. Stayed stable while in Settings yet crashed as soon as hit Wallet tab. This needs a MAJOR update. ### 1/5 — Are u 4 real? *2026-06-04* I have not used a piece of technology that disappointed more than this paperweight. I gave up. And use it as a coaster, dog chew toy, anything but keeping crypto in. Garbage.
