هناك اشكالية في كثرة طلبات التحديث مع العلم انه يأخذ وقتا طويلا احيانا  يتخطى 24 ساعة هذه وحد من المشاكل لماذا ؟؟؟
البنوك الثانية تطلب تحديث كل ثلاثة اشهر او اكثر ويتحدث سريعا جدااااا اما السداد اشكالية  موضوع التحديث نعاني منه جدااااا لي حالا. اكثر من 10ساعزت انتظر التحديث ولا استطيع الدخول على حسابي

يتعرض التطبيق لمشاكل فنية عديدة من أهمها  صعوبة الدخول إليه أحيانا. حيث يدعي أن  المشترك غير متصل بالإنترنت ، أو أن هناك خطأ ما في نظام التشغيل . و علي الرغم من التواصل مع خدمة العملاء مرات عديدة لازالت المشكلة تتكرر دون حل
