I paid £9.99 for the service, but it simply does not work at all. The connection fails consistently, making the app completely useless. They advertise 24/7 customer support, but this is misleading. I sent emails and support requests and received no response whatsoever. There is effectively no support available. Overall, this has been a waste of money and time.
