Does it also arrive sideways on a regular computer? My iPad has a keyboard. Just like a regular computer. Why is your site sideways? You need to make it portrait for iPads, and I assume other tablets. It looks like it would be very helpful - and save you a lot of unnecessary phone calls - if it worked properly for iPads.
