How do you expect me to have an acct. ID OR email for something im trying to set up? It doesn’t make sense. Mind you I’ve already been ON HOLD all morning as well as 5 hours yesterday. It’s frustrating. Somebody somewhere, if you would just help me and so many other out that would life a little brighter. Difficult to log into the app. When dealing with a representative from Sedgwick they didn’t seem to appreciate that I wanted to get a head start on applying for an loa so I could make other arrangements if not approved. ### 1/5 — Horrible program *2023-03-01* Certainly not helpful if you have a claim.
