## What is SedLog?

SedLog is a mobile app designed by NHS doctors for sedation practitioners in the UK. Safely and securely log your anonymised patient cases where sedation has been administered and record the following information:

- Case Information
- Sedation Levels
- Medication
- Adverse Events
- Interventions
- Outcomes
- Feedback / Notes

No more paper based recording - securely and quickly record your cases on the go even without an internet connection in the clinic. Your records are anonymised and you own your data. View your reports at any time. Download as a CSV, log in and visualise your own case information / data.

This app is provided free to UK clinicians including nurses, doctors, ODPs and any other safe sedation trained professional. The scoring mechanism is based on the World SIVA adverse sedation event reporting tool. To learn more visit http://www.sedate-uk.com  or contact support@sedate-uk.com.
