Worst app I’ve ever used by far. Never saved notes or time, impossible to maneuver around the phone while using the app, load times are INSANE with great service still terrible load times, and when it finally loads? Bet you bottom dollar it’s gonna crash directly after. ### 1/5 — Absolute Trash *2025-11-07, version 2.1.4* I’ve been using this app for over 2 years and there have been zero updates. It constantly crashes and glitches, closing out without saving your notes or times. What a joke. Write your notes in a email and copy into the app. Also keep track of your time, because the entries can disappear any time! 0/5 would not recommend. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-10-17* This app at one point used to be decent. However, over the past month it has gotten progressively worse. It won’t keep you logged in. If you have the app open and move to another app for a second and go back to Sedona it logs you out. Talk about an inconvenience. I have to log in about 8-10 times a day just to do simple tasks. I have been screenshotting notes and ticket numbers just to avoid re-opening the app. ### 1/5 — Complete junk *2025-09-19* I spent 15 min trying to add a note to a ticket. When opening the ticket it just said “I’m sorry”. This has to be the slowest, buggiest program I’ve had the displeasure of being forced to use for work. ### 1/5 — Keeps crashing and won’t stay logged in *2025-09-05* When adding times like dispatch or arrival the app closes once the time is submitted. When the app loads it says session expired but then looks like it logs in but won’t open any tickets and crashes. The last update or two have just added more issues. ### 1/5 — Worst App Ever *2025-08-14* Dispatching/arriving and departure times do not log properly. The application often logs appointments on the day prior instead of the scheduled day. Application constantly crashes. We are back in the stone age with logging in as well, because it does not save even your user name for ease of logging in. ### 1/5 — Biometric *2025-08-04* Please fix the biometrics feature on the iPad. It works perfectly fine on the iPhone but not on the iPad. ### 2/5 — Terrible *2025-08-01* The ONLY improvement was the biometrics. In order to push the light bulb to read the ticket notes you have to apply a droplet of water to your finger and align it directly above the light bulb and touch it.
