Only saves information 1/3 of the time and the only way it will update if any new tickets are added is to shut down the app and relaunch it. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2020-03-15, version 2.9.1* If you want all of your employees to quit, use this app. More crashes than a demo derby. Gives the illusion that it’s working, you enter your data and POOF, it didn’t go through. It takes more time than paper, it crashes in hand and corrupts documents upon “successful” transfer. If you bought a new car and the wheels fell off of it 3 times a day, why would you keep driving it? Save your money. Only 1 Star because someone got it half right and the customers are the beta testers. ### 1/5 — Awful to use, key features broken *2019-04-26, version 2.9.1* I am a field technician and my entire company uses Sedona. I have been with my company - and Sedona - for three years now. As a technician I write job notes on a daily basis. It is an integral tool for my work. For the entire time that I have used it, the note taking feature of Sedona FSU has been a clunky, broken mess. Word wrap is broken 90% of the time so I can't see a good third of the notes I write as they're pushed off the margins of my screen. Trying to go back and edit anything I've written is a chore as moving the cursor, a feature that seems to work flawlessly in every other iOS app, is broken as it either forces me to choose whole words and not just move the cursor, or it refuses to let me move the cursor at all. I have confirmed with every other technician within my company (of over fifty technicians and one hundred overall staff) that the problems I face are encountered and begrudgingly endured by every single person. How something as simple and basic to modern computing as word wrap can be broken in a program for several years is completely beyond me. Awful program. We use it because we don't have a choice. ### 1/5 — DON’T DO IT *2019-02-22, version 2.7.4* If you are contemplating suicide, DO NOT use this app... DO NOT UPDATE!. The first version is bad enough,this totally jacked up the app. Time selector is broke, still crashes , can't stop the ridiculous start up screen with out crashing. I am running iOS 9.3.5 on an iPad mini. Now since last update it re syncs every 2 min or so also pulls my ticket list over when customers go to sign. Poop! Months since the top review and still signature issue, still crash, still poop! I don't even use it on my iPad mini anymore I fill a paper ticket out and just fill it in later on iPad. Don't use his app to save time cause it's 2 times the work. Can’t wait until some new version of iOS breaks this thing even more and any business that uses it has to scramble for something new ### 1/5 — Needs major fix! *2025-08-14, version 2.9.1* This app is only good for the GPS link to know where you’re next job is and opens in a SEPARATE MAPS app. I have several techs that refuse to use Sedona because, more often than not, their notes don’t save to job tickets. Or their times in and out of the job don’t save. If you loose any kind of connection, you are screwed and you don’t even know it. It looks like everything is save, but later, it’s GONE! This app would be a great tool if it had the ability to save locally on your mobile device and then sync with the Sedona server. This must be impossible for their app team to implement because Sedona mobile has been this way for over 8-10 years that I have been working at my current job and had to use this garbage APP! ### 1/5 — Broken *2025-04-10, version 2.9.1* Broken, it’s always last Friday until you reload it ten times in between every action you need to perform. No alternative either when your office uses Sedona. I wish I could go back to paper forms. ### 1/5 — Not very user friendly *2022-12-21, version 2.9.1* As a technician I should be able to look at the schedule block and get the basic info needed. Or at the very least the the first screen. I shouldn’t have the lock the job and flip through 3 screens to get all the info. When the app launches it automatically jumps into a job. Most of the time the wrong job. When the app is open just bring me to the day so I can see what is on the schedule. Make phone numbers clickable. Especially in the notes. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2021-06-24, version 2.9.1* This app NEVER works right. Trying to enter times is the most cumbersome thing ever. It would be nice to continue on the same job you were on when you logged out of SedonaFSU. Why I would want to dispatch to the next job BEFORE I finish the first one baffles me. Side note, 5 star rating on the otter box for my iPad, because of SedonaFSU its survived numerous blows and continues to protect the iPad. ### 1/5 — Does not save well *2021-06-10, version 2.9.1* This app does not save my notes on tickets or job at random. I have to completely close the app every time I input notes between every ticket or it will not save my times or notes. It’s like downgrading from windows to dos. It crashes repeatedly and is overall just a pathetic attempt at app design. ### 4/5 — Crashes a lot. *2017-10-10, version 2.6.4* Update Sept 2018 bumped up to 4 stars. More improvements and better stability. Still very dependent on internet connectivity to save signatures. IOS 11 compatibility is questionable. Update June 2017 Falling star. More glitches after recent release. Signatures don't save, parts sometimes apply without showing, other times show but don't apply. Don't like how the schedule populates, I have to constantly scroll down to get to "Today's" appointments. Update Oct 9th App is now compatible with iOS 10. Bumped this up to 3 stars Update oct 2016: latest update still has no compatibility with IOS 10. SSL Login error. Dropped down to 2 stars. When it works it works great. Must have 2 bars of LTE or wifi. I have tried this on a 6 & 6plus and iPad. The text box size ratios don't always work when you turn the device to the side. Sometimes a scrolling type text box is crushed down to 1/2 a line. Since IOS 9.2 I can't log in at all, I get a SSL error. The Inventory didn't always transfer or show in the list. The developer doesn't keep the app updated to the latest iOS. They always have Apple's SDK months before the public release. 3 stars ### 3/5 — Minor bugs *2018-12-19, version 2.7.4* Sometimes when you have too many notes the screen does not fit it well and has it get cut off at the bottom by the bottom button bar.
