The chat doesn’t work, no one answers. I’ve completed my profile but I’ve been on the “waiting list” for days!!!

Such a user friendly app!!  I set up my account in just a few minutes and it’s so easy to get around the app. I had a question for the team and they were quick to respond and help me out.
