## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Surly, unresponsive

*2025-11-28*

This app is pointless when they have anonymous people with bad attitudes on the other side. Find a real person instead who wears a badge and must take personal responsibility for their brush-offs and letting issues go unaddressed.

### 1/5 — Needs lots of improvement

*2025-10-12*

Every time I report something they say they can’t help. Funny I report things that are on city streets and they always say it’s some private matter which isn’t true. Especially when a car is parked on a city maintain street with parking meters.

### 1/5 — Problem Connecting At All Time

*2025-09-04*

Cannot connect at B6 & B8

### 1/5 — What’s the point

*2023-10-26*

I have submitted numerous noise complaints about the Good Morning Guy that screams good morning and hollers daily to no avail. Between 6am & 7:30 daily he whoops and hollers through the AT&T discovery district waking me up and as far as I know nothing has been done for months he continued to do it.

### 1/5 — DDI team not responsive

*2021-11-12*

If you have an issue, you are better off looking for a different resource or calling the police. Reporting an issue in the system leads to one of two things: 1. additional questions and requests to repeat the information you have already provided or 2. you will receive an automated response stating that a team member is on site to handle the situation at which point they most certainly are not.

### 1/5 — Sad Results

*2020-08-09*

I’ve used this app several times to notify the Downtown Dallas safety patrol of situations on Main Street. I think they ignore it.

### 1/5 — Takes forever to type out a report. Can’t you just connect me with a dispatcher?

*2019-10-27*

By the time I snap a picture and type out a report, choose location, blah blah, the criminal I’m trying to report is gone and/or I could be dead. Seriously Dallas, get a grip! This takes several minutes to use for situations that need addressing immediately! Useless and I TRY to use it ALL THE TIME because city officials say it’s the best way to report criminal activity. Bull! Hire and train some police officers and pay them a decent wage!

### 3/5 — Never Responds

*2021-12-10*

I have placed several complaints through the app and rarely, rarely, rarely actually maybe only once has someone actually responded to the call. There is NO EXCUSE why DART can’t have a fare enforcement officer on every single train care verifying people’s tickets all-day long. This would prevent these incidents but I don’t work for DART, I just ride it, so what do I know. I am going to make an advertisement with homeless people sleeping on the train with a caption “Carpool with DART, where your passengers sleep the whole ride”. Just because we choose to take public transportation does not mean we should have to be subjected to disgusting individuals just because DART doesn’t want to take accountability and solve the issue. You are failing the people of Dallas and it is a shame that we can’t speak more proudly of our transportation system. There good things you do I won’t lie but the TRAINS need some serious improvement!

### 5/5 — Quick and easy

### 5/5 — Response Time

*2019-06-27*

There was a tent put up by our parking garage. It was making the employees nervous so close. I sent the location and pic on my way out from work. Within an minute I received a text The would be there in 7 minutes. When I got to work the next day, the tent was gone. Kudos!

### 5/5 — Good

*2018-10-26*

Until now, they are more solving and promoting then by phone. I like the new way!! Recommend it hardly!
