### 2/5 — Grateful

*2026-06-26, version 6.5.0*

Easyu mmm to use, and my county
ok mgovernment facilities office commented on my request within the hour.

### 2/5 — Not working on Apple phones

*2026-05-05, version 6.4.0*

I have tried iPhone 14 and 16 and the app kicks me out once I try pushing a problem. Worked fine until a recent update.

### 4/5 — App down 4/29/26?

*2026-04-29, version 6.4.0*

Checking if there’s an issue today, particularly Oakland, CA. Can’t seem to make a request. Bounces out after trying to link an issue. Otherwise great app.

### 2/5 — Unable to report bug

*2026-04-25, version 6.4.0*

App consistently crashed when selecting “Park Issue”, so I had to change to “Sidewalk Issue” to get my issue submitted.

Spent 10 minutes, looking for a way to log the bug, but no success. You apparently need some kind of special login to log a bug.

### 4/5 — Good app no some issues,

*2026-02-02, version 6.2.6*

I be found the app to be quite useful in reporting issues such as graffiti, potholes, and other public safety issues. Seems to have some ongoing odd GPS location issues where it defaults to a specific address. Also I've noticed that there are a handful of posters responsible for a disproportionate number of reported issues including some very fickle issues such as a single candy wrapper next to a public walkway. I think the app could benefit from some moderating in such instances.

### 2/5 — Communication

*2026-01-09, version 6.2.6*

Need more communication to the community

### 4/5 — Pretty great but missing features

*2026-01-05, version 6.2.6*

While this app is great for reporting unless I go to the desktop site I cannot close an issue. Also have geolocation problem where it tries to snap to a near by issue instead of the address I’m on. Other than that I have been using it for years because my City is full of slackers.

### 5/5 — Details

*2025-10-25, version 6.2.4*

Excellent that you describe the bugs you fixed.

### 2/5 — Nice idea but very buggy

*2025-10-02, version 6.2.3*

Nice idea but super buggy. The app scrambles text I enter in the description and then select a dropdown. Also when I comment on an issue it sometimes doesn’t appear, but when I close the app, reopen the app, and recomment thinking that it failed to submit- it now has both comments.

### 1/5 — Actions

*2025-09-29, version 6.2.3*

Reported multiple abandoned vehicles and nothing was ever done

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Settings are a bit off for gps

*2026-08-04, version 6.5.0*

Increases nuisance complaining to my city. City does not address or fix all the issues folks post. Many are on private property and it is amazing how many things fall into that category.

City takes for ever fixing light sensors. So traffic gets mad and treats lights as a stop sign instead. Many drivers from 10p to 2 am do that. But bot after 8 am on a week day.

### 1/5 — App down 4/29/26?

*2026-05-05, version 6.4.0*

Checking if there’s an issue today, particularly Oakland, CA. Can’t seem to make a request. Bounces out after trying to link an issue. Otherwise great app. Still can’t report as of May 5.?

### 1/5 — Show stopper crash

*2026-04-29, version 6.4.0*

App crashes when selecting report category, rendering the app useless. Refund cities until this is fixed. You are stealing taxpayer money.

### 1/5 — Unresponsive

*2026-04-24, version 6.4.0*

Multiple requests have been sent to have severe street damage fixed with no response. Another request was sent multiple times for a vehicle that hasn’t moved since at least last July with no response

### 1/5 — Missing features

*2026-03-12, version 6.3.0*

There is no way to close an issue within the app.

### 1/5 — Not really SeeClickFix’s fault

*2026-03-01, version 6.2.6*

Clark County Nevada is 100% useless in responding to SeeClickFix reports. I watch multiple reports being created for the same incident over months and nothing gets done. Thanks Clark County.

### 1/5 — Settings are a bit off for gps

*2026-02-22, version 6.2.6*

All this app does is makes me see how bad my city is with all the derelict crime, homeless issues, unwillingness to fix or make info structure better. My city takes forever to acknowledge fixes or even fix them at all. Many times they just bi—tch about how their city workers are hard workers when in reality it is the opposite. Pd are corrupt in renton and enforce nothing. People speed galore in my town since pd stopped enforcing speed limit.

Citizens keep pushing to defund pd and having resided in towns that did that: let me warn you that you run great risk by doing that. Gangs will over run the city and you have to know personal numbers of minute men that offer protection. You don’t want lawlessness in a society where half the people need law or it will crumble. Stop trying to push defund pd. If you want to experience this your self live in one of those towns. You will move out fast.

What’s the point i put fixes in and mg town ignores them. Speeding is out of control and people seem to do what ever the hell they want with little to no recourse.

### 1/5 — No support with app

*2026-02-22, version 6.2.6*

I made an account and my city that I live in does use this and resolves issues quickly. However, I get several emails everyday of other posts in my neighborhood, have unsubscribed to everything, and messaged support THREE times now asking them to delete my account (it always tells me there is an error when I try to do it myself…). So, I would highly suggest just not using this platform unless you enjoy email spam and no support from their support email.

### 1/5 — Real Issues ignored by City

*2025-10-21, version 6.2.3*

The City ignores most complaints.
Example: the terrible open sewer smell in North Shore Park, particularly behind the pool, is caused by a buildup of Sargassum seaweed. This should be collected and removed. Multiple complaints have been made by multiple people over the past few weeks and nothing gets done

### 1/5 — Text input on mobile is broken

*2025-10-04, version 6.2.3*

Garbage

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great job

*2026-08-12, version 7.0.0*

Click and fix has been very helpful and very useful in expediting big loads of dump sites and very attentive to my request

### 5/5 — Street work

*2026-07-14, version 6.5.0*

Super responsive thank you!

### 5/5 — Fantastic

*2026-07-09, version 6.5.0*

Love this app!

### 5/5 — Notification of County Issues

*2026-04-24, version 6.4.0*

I love the fact that the County can be notified of an issue that needs to addressed. One can submit photos of the issue to assist in further identification. The County overseer can then send the problem to the correct County Department. Job well done.

### 5/5 — Great Tool!

*2026-03-23, version 6.3.0*

This is a must for any county - it gives citizens the opportunity to report on things they see that need fixing or addressing. You may see a fallen sign or trash on the roadway. Now you can report it!

### 5/5 — Thank you

*2026-03-13, version 6.3.0*

SeeClickFix turned out to be a successful program. Almondridge has seen dramatic positive change around the neighborhood.
Thank you

### 5/5 — Snow removal

*2026-02-13, version 6.2.6*

I would like to see you add an other description add to the list. I needed to put in an issue about snow removal but there wasn’t a specific one on the list.

### 5/5 — Illegal dumping

*2025-12-21, version 6.2.6*

The city been doing a great job as soon as I put a request, they go clean everything fast I like it. Keep the streets clean great job.

### 5/5 — Thanks

*2025-12-02, version 6.2.4*

Thanks to responders!

### 5/5 — Vacant overgrown lots

*2025-10-29, version 6.2.4*

Thank you Public Works for taking care of this issue in Northridge Subdivision’
