When you first open the app it will ask you some questions to see the kind of help you need. But when finishing it it says loading till it hits 100% and then a continue but pops up, this is where the problem happens. I got this app to really suspect to get help because I need it badly, and I refused to not do it yesterday because I was having second thoughts. But now that I have did all the questions and stuff. I can tell you surely that this app is just a big scam. It adds a paywall so you can’t even get help if you truly needed it. Don’t get this app unless you wanna just waste your time. I highly advise you, to just do something else like play a mobile game or something. This app doesn’t want to help you, it wants to make you feel like a pathetic loser, that can’t get help just because they put money in front of you stopping you, from trying to get real help. People like this disgust me, taking advantage of people like us, that really need help just for them to wave a “cash or credit” thing above our head. They probably do make a lot of money off this, but thats for people who have money. Im just a 14 year old kid who wants help and doesn’t want to come out, and say i do I prefer to do stuff by my own. But then you got these people who are just straight up evil, for using actual addictions as just a pay way to get help. I know everything is not for free, nothing ever is but, its a shame that you use actual people with real struggling issues and that are crying out for help, just for you to say that you need to pay for help.
