I decided to give it another go, and I’m really happy I did. This app does a great job of consolidating articles and videos from multiple sources. In some cases some of the websites it covers (like Autosport) didn’t give me access without me paying them after a few views a month, so I stopped using those. But this app links to them and a lot more sources, and it opens the articles without problems. As a bonus, it automatically engages reader mode on my iPhone, which is nice (unless I want to see the comments, in which case it’s super easy to turn reader mode off). Overall, it’s the best aggregation of Formula 1 reporting I’ve found, and I am now using it daily! Why on God’s Earth am I now seeing crash.net as the first 3 stories at the top of my feed today? It is literally the only F1 ‘news website’ (very generous title), YouTube channel etc. which I avoid like the plague. The writing there has always been horrendous. Simply paraphrasing genuine sources like Autosport/Motorsport, AMUS etc. - and doing so very badly indeed. Stick to the high value, reliable news sources and you have a winner. It’s a great compilation of F1 news sources presented in an attractive and user friendly format. As another reviewer said you will need to turn off notifications if you don’t want spoilers over a race weekend. But this is true for the F1 official app, and frankly all social media or other sports sources unless you want to risk spoilers. Highly recommended! My only problem is that notifications contain spoilers. Specifically, things like who leads a session, right after the session. Instead of following F1-app ambiguity on notifications for those that cannot watch a session live, SeedStream sends spoiler information immediately after a session, whether you want it or not. Throughout the week, detailed notifications are reasonable. But ruining the intrigue of the many fans that cannot watch a session live is rough. I have had to turn off notifications due to this. I still love the app, and highly recommend to anyone who is as infatuated with F1 enough to read this far. Much appreciation to the developers for delivering a solid app. Just be wary of the spoilers.
