It enables the quick rating of complexity and entrustment levels of clinical activities by both trainees and supervisors as well as guided feedback reviews and rating comparisons.
The tool allows for trainees and supervisors to rate the trainee's activities with minimal interruption. The tool has been optimized to streamline the data collection process and the amount of time and effort the collection takes.
The results are accumulated and displayed in the trainees profile.
