Paid 3.99 only got 30 mins then I spend all the time to find how to use it. Where is the guide?! Or just scan label why I am I not using my camera. Hope there can be a refund.

Please note that clear user instructions are provided upon first logging into the app. To use our service, you need to be physically present inside a supported museum and scan the exhibit labels using your device's camera—this activates the audio stories and live tour guide features.
