Seen is a gentle, judgment-free safe space to talk things through with trained listeners instantly. It’s not therapy or medical advice, it’s human connection when you need it most. Share what’s on your mind, feel understood, and leave lighter. Your stories are safe here.

How it works
1. Choose a listener who fits your vibe (experience, dialect, availability).

- Sessions are private and secured in transit.
- You stay in control, you can end a session, or report anytime.
- We don’t sell personal data. You can delete your account and data from Settings or by contacting support.
