Otherwise not good ### 1/5 — Non funziona *2025-08-13, version 4.6.0* Senza assistenza ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-08-09, version 4.6.0* Don’t waste your money it didn’t work for me. They also charged me an additional $32 to my account plus the amount for a one week subscription. They are scammers **Developer response:** You are making the payment through Apple, so it is not possible for extra charges to occur. ### 5/5 — Süper *2025-07-27, version 4.6.0* Çok iyi uygulama herkese tavsiye ederim Allah belamı verirken burayı kullanıyorum ### 5/5 — Servizio Waon *2025-07-24, version 4.6.0* Servizio ottimo app davvero stupenda cortesia e professionalità ### 4/5 — Awesome *2025-07-14, version 4.6.0* Everything you need ### 1/5 — Kötü *2025-07-08, version 4.6.0* Çok kötü ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Опасное и бесполезное *2026-09-30* Во первых требует связывать твой ватсап, что не безопасно. WAON is used by thousands of users, and our goal is to provide the service exactly as described. Could you please share the issue you encountered or the reason for your dissatisfaction? Kindly rectify it **Developer response:** If you contact us by email, our team will be happy to assist you. ### 1/5 — No free trial available *2025-12-01* The app doesn’t provide any free trial as claimed by the developers. This is absolutely ridiculous. Once you instal the app and fill in the details. In order to check the activity one has to buy the premium subscription. Complete waste of time. In response to your answer, I see that you guys have mentioned about free trial and testing on other reviews. However, you suggest me to buy a subscription first. This is very contradictory and obviously I have lost faith at this point. **Developer response:** You need to purchase a subscription to access all features, but you can use the instant notifications and basic features for free when the person comes online.
