## What is Seen. Symptom Tracker?

I built Seen. for patients living with complex conditions that commonly co-occur. Disorders like POTS and dysautonomia, mast cell activation (MCAS), hypermobility (hEDS and HSD), migraine and pain disorders (or any combination of these) look different in each patient. For this reason, proper diagnosis can take years. If you have spent years feeling unheard and unseen, this is a place to chart your evidence.

A daily check-in takes five minutes or less, which is the point on a low-capacity day. Over weeks it becomes meaningful data a clinician can interpret. Your symptoms, triggers, and medications are dated and organized, so the pattern is visible instead of lost to memory or interpretation.

When an appointment comes, Seen. turns that record into a physician-ready PDF you can hand over or email. Lived experience becomes evidence.

What Seen. provides:
• A fast daily check-in built for the days you have little to give
• Customizable widgets to track what's most relevant to you, as broad or as narrow as you need
• A symptom record you can search and see at a glance
• A patterns view that shows what co-occurs in your record
• Charts showing how symptoms change over time, alongside your triggers
• Physician-ready PDF exports drawn from your own logs
• An optional daily reminder
• An optional Face ID or passcode lock
• Transportable data you can restore from a backup anytime, so your record stays with you

Your symptom history, profile, and daily logs never touch a server. They stay on whichever device you are using, yours alone and never sent to me. Subscribing only confirms you can use the tracker tools.

A plain-language glossary comes with the app, free. The science library, resource directory, and condition guides live on my website, also free, and yours whether or not you ever subscribe.

The tracker is $1.99 a month, with a hardship path if that is out of reach.

You are not imagining it. You are not alone.

### 5/5 — Great tracker!

*2026-09-15*

This app is great… I can easily track my blood pressure, sleep, diet, meds and activities. It lets me sync from my Apple Health logs automatically too. The exports allow me to recognize patterns at a glance and share things with my doc that I would remember otherwise. I’m impressed with how extensible it is too. 👍

### 5/5 — Wow! This app has everything! Incredible!

*2026-09-07*

I spent years being told my symptoms were anxiety. Seen. is the first app that treats my day as data instead of drama. The daily check-in takes me a few minutes and stores everything that I normally would forget (because I deal with these symptoms ALL THE TIME). Then I guess after a couple of weeks, it turned my inputs into charts and insights that exported for my doc. AND SHE HEARD ME! I think it was because it was so much clearer than just saying I’m tired all the time or I seem to react to a or b. It's the advocate I wish I'd had ten years ago. Really life changing.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4.9 — 2026-10-28

Account now shows the right details during an App Store free trial, and deleting an account explains how to cancel an Apple subscription. Fixes a slowdown that could happen when one day's note was repeated many times.

### 1.4.8 — 2026-10-16

Activities you log on one device now reach your other devices with the next sync, and an activity you uncheck stays unchecked everywhere. Removing a one-off activity on one device removes it on the others too.

On a past day's log, "yesterday" and "2 days ago" now count from today rather than from the day you are viewing.

When the Tracker opens with a change waiting from another device, the day is drawn right away instead of after you tap away and back.

### 1.4.7 — 2026-10-11

Medication notes now travel with the rest of your record. A note typed under a medication on one device reaches your other devices with the next sync, and a note on a day with nothing else logged is saved too.

Symptoms are listed A to Z within each category, in the Profile picker and on the Tracker, so the one you are looking for is easier to find. Ten symptom names now lead with the word that sets them apart instead of "Difficulty".

### 1.4.6 — 2026-09-29

Cloud backup is steadier. Tapping Seal on your phone now brings in changes from your other devices first, so the "someone sealed a newer copy" message no longer appears and edits made on your computer are never overwritten. Your Profile can no longer be blanked by a save made while the app was paused in the background, and notes no longer come back doubled after a merge.

Reordering is easier. Activities and Medications each have a Sort A to Z button, you can press and hold anywhere on a card to move it, dragging near the top or bottom scrolls the list, and the order you set carries to your other devices. Profile editing fits the phone screen better, especially with larger text.

### 1.4.4 — 2026-09-20

Saving is sturdier. If your iPhone paused Seen. in the background, the day arrows and saving could stop working until you reopened the app. The tracker now reconnects on its own. Steps and other Apple Health numbers stay current through the day instead of freezing at the first reading, and earlier days are corrected automatically. Numbers you type yourself are never changed.
