This app allows you to speak what is on your mind. It helped me be able to realize the stress I was holding onto and I was able to let it go through filling out entires daily. I liked using this app because sometimes I just need to rant about something.

I am a student at UNK and I have been using the seen app for about 6 weeks. The amount of effort that has been put into it shows! From where SEEN started to where it is now has been a huge improvement! If you are into digital journaling I would totally recommend this app. There are still things being added and tweaked to this day, and if you have feedback the app developers are GREAT! They are very attentive and take what you say seriously. Thank you!
