## What is Sefirah Ha Ômer?

A “Contagem do Omer”, que aparenta ser um simples exercício, mas que guarda muitos desafios ao praticante.

Para entrar em contato com a egrégora da “Contagem do Omer”, tudo o que você precisará fazer, é separar cinco minutos diários para uma pequena meditação, todos os dias, durante quarenta e nove dias seguidos. A meditação deve acontecer entre as 18h00 do dia referente à meditação até às 06h00 do dia seguinte, ou seja, temos 12 horas para escolher 05 minutos e realizar a meditação. Das 06h00 até as 18h00 do dia seguinte você deve tentar realizar o exercício proposto na meditação do dia anterior. É muito recomendado, que você faça um pequeno diário com anotações sobre as suas sensações e percepções durante a realização do exercício proposto.

A intenção do aplicativo, por hora, é passar as informações necessárias para a realização da meditação, de forma simples e acessível. Sem a necessidade de uma apostila, ou mesmo de um computador por perto, usando o celular como ferramenta, nosso já onipresente companheiro.
