App semplicemente imbarazzante. Eviterò di commentare il design ormai preistorico perché se l’app fosse funzionale sarebbe un aspetto non essenziale. L’app è lentissima, si blocca sempre e per fare un biglietto si impiega tantissimo sempre. Un app che dovrebbe semplificare l’acquisto di biglietti e abbonamenti e rendere più accettabile il servizio fa esattamente il contrario, si impiegherebbe meno tempo a prendere la macchina andare al tabacchino (anche il più lontano della città) e fare lì il biglietto piuttosto che farlo dall’app.
Siamo quasi nel 2025, aggiornatevi.

I’m currently sitting in Palermo at 8:30am with no bus until 12:40pm. This app listed 8:30 as a bus time when it’s actually 12:40 on the real board. 
I left my hotel four hours early and am just considering a 75€ taxi now. I bet they do this on purpose for more taxi business. I will be reporting to the guardia di finanza.

Che ci sia è un bene. 
Però ci sono diversi problemi quando si preme su abbonamento spesso la tessera viene duplicata con due QR code uno sopra l’altro. 
Quando si preme sul numero del bus si apre un popup con Info viaggio ma va in automatico sul nord Italia. 
Inserite dei tracker in ogni mezzo per poter avere traccia del proprio pullman in app oggi ha ritardato in modo sconsiderato pensavo fosse ormai annullata ma poi è passato! Il call center non funziona per carburare devono essere almeno le 10 di mattina.

Sono un viaggiatore abituale sulla tratta Aeroporto di Palermo-Trapani e viceversa. Da qualche mese ormai, una volta acquistato il biglietto, la schermata di visualizzazione del titolo di viaggio non consente di aprirlo. Per recuperarlo è necessario aprire l’email con cui lo inviano, ma ultimamente è capitato che non arrivi neanche l’email.
