Intento reportar algo pero se queda tratando de subir la información y no continúa. No le veo utilidad a esta app

Al denunciar huecos en la vía , se bloquea, no deja adjuntar fotos. Esa plática en el desarrollo de esta aplicación se perdió . Cuantos millones se perdieron.
