Very buggy and poorly designed app. Especially the user authentication flow. But it mostly works. The product itself is great but the app needs a lot of love.

Overall the app works well not really much complaints about it however now whenever you open the app you are locked into watching an Ad…. Which is ridiculous you pay at least a thousand dollars for one of their products then they hit you with more ads when you need to use the app to adjust settings.

Ich bin mit der Segway-App insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Bedienung ist übersichtlich, die Verbindung mit dem Roller funktioniert zuverlässig und alle wichtigen Funktionen sind leicht zu finden.

Einen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätte ich allerdings: Im Eco-Modus lässt sich die Geschwindigkeit leider nur auf 15 km/h begrenzen. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass man den Eco-Modus optional ebenfalls auf 20 km/h einstellen kann. Der Sport-Modus bietet zwar viel Leistung, diese wird im Alltag aber oft gar nicht benötigt. Der Eco-Modus fährt sich auf längeren Strecken deutlich angenehmer und komfortabler. Mit einer optionalen 20-km/h-Einstellung wäre er für viele Fahrer wahrscheinlich die erste Wahl.

Ich hoffe, dass Segway diese Möglichkeit in einem zukünftigen Update ergänzt.

Énorme scam pour les scooters, tous les services qui étaient gratuits (géolocalisation, niveau de batterie, alarme etc.) sont devenus payant du jour au lendemain alors que c'était un de leur principal argument lors de l'achat

Appli vraiment complète avec joli interface. Par contre ce serait bien de pouvoir personnaliser sa page d’accueil pour gérer sa charge de batterie au même endroit : limite de charge, charge programmé et différée en fonction de si on va faire un long trajet ou pas, quand on l’utilise intensivement. Plutôt que d’aller à chaque fois chercher au fin fond des paramètres. Sinon vraiment agréable.

Теперь пользуюсь zt3pro- функция пропала

А теперь ещё и местоположение убрали
Всё меньше функций стало

We lost trip recording from the original app. We recovered ninebot lock control, A++. Worst part, it can provide navigation there HERE maps, but do not use bike routes … which renders using navigation on scooter screen useless feature !!!!!!!
Support for apple car, android car, would be much more useful!

Спящий режим в приложении написано «спяуийрежим» навигация платная, Bluetooth не всегда видит телефон, хотя телефон закреплен на руле. Большая фара в режиме эко и walk не работает почему то.

This app is absolutely useless now. My Segway nine bot S does not connect to it anymore and I am unable to get updates via Bluetooth because the app will never connect to my Segway. From what I understand, Segway is on its way out so that makes sense, but it would be really nice if the people who already have one were able to utilize this app.

July 24, 2026 updates are almost impossible to get… auto/manual doesn’t seem easy as it should, I picked it up a xyber without any personal help, I unboxed it and installed second battery myself, so I’m on my own setting this up without a dealer/service and the app is no help at all for updates.

I can’t access my scooter that I spent a grand on, solely because I wanted to have a security system to prevent such from being stolen. I can’t even use the stupid thing now. You should update your app if you’re gonna sell the product for the price. I waste soo much time because of this stupid unreliable app. I’ve had the scooter for less than a month and this is my biggest concern . Let’s get rid of the app if it doesn’t work..?
