Received message that tbox was not found. Took it to dealer and they had same issues even after replacing tbox. However, when they tried with an android phone it connected. Segway needs to address this issue. I sent 2 emails to customer support and received no reply. ### 1/5 — Maps *2025-08-20, version 2.1.3* The map on it is terrible. The only feature of the app that I would use is the worst I’ve ever seen. I bought my UT10P Crew 8 Aug so I am no expert with the machine or the app. It took about 45 minutes of playing around with the app and my machine to become familiar with it. I can turn it on or off with the app. I can monitor the machine if someone else is driving it. If you are new to this you will need to read the directions in the owners manual. Unfortunately there is not a lot of videos on the “How too”. It not hard I am 53 years old and it was fairly simple to bind the Machine to the app. Once that is done it’s just a matter of playing around with it. I figured it was written by a Chinese person and translated to English. In the owners manual there are several misspellings. So keep that in mind also. The one thing I can’t figure out is how to set the time on my machine. One clock is in 24hr format and the other is in 24hr format and both are in a different time zone than myself. ### 5/5 — Love it *2024-08-16, version 2.0.7* Super Cool Ap. One suggestion… I would like to have more US units when it comes to torque please. ### 1/5 — Worthless! *2024-03-07, version 2.0.2* Initially, it didn’t read the VIN, had to be entered manually. Then I’m told it’s binded by someone else. Contacted the dealer where I bought it, they had to contact Segway to have it unbinded. Now, it’s telling me the location of my unit 200+ miles away when it’s out in my garage. So much for the security of the app to keep an eye on it. Imagine if you didn’t keep it at your residence and it was stored remotely and you went to check on its location and you assumed it had been stolen. Oh, the systems gps and the unit’s center stack doesn’t sync the correct time. It’s still several hours off.
